Trading since 1956 Johns father David ran the nurseries at Stanford Hall, Loughborough, Leicestershire. We moved to this site in 1982, we are both a retail and wholesale Nursery and quality is our key word.

We are essentially a plant nursery although we grow the majority of plants ourselves on site, we do source from specialists growers around the country and across europe.

We aim to supply top quality plants at competitive prices with expert advice when needed. We also supply landscapers, garden designers and other garden centres. Please come and visit us to see for yourself.

 

This project has been on our minds for a number of years now, we can hardly believe we are open at last. Food is a great passion of ours, where ever we go we love to shop round small independent delis and farm shops discovering all sorts of new products. We are so glad we have been able to have a go at opening our own, we have had so much wonderful support from our customers, friends and family. Thank you. Over the last year we have been busy researching suppliers mostly local but where we could not find a quality product we have gone further afield. Everyone is becoming more and more conscious of where their foods come from and how many miles it has travelled to get there. It’s wonderful people are starting to show such enthusiasm and local producers are getting the support and recognition they deserve.
